I started using this knee strap after returning to running a few months ago. I had a knee injury as a kid, and when I began adding more cardio to my routine, the pain started flaring up again. I didn’t want to give up running, but I also didn’t want to risk re-injuring my knee. I’ve tried full knee sleeves and bulkier braces in the past, but they always felt restrictive and uncomfortable. This strap has been a happy find: it’s lightweight, sleek, and easy to move in. It provides enough support without limiting mobility, and I barely notice it’s there once I start running. After a couple of weeks of consistent use on walks, runs, and hikes, I’ve noticed a reduction in knee pain (yay!!); it’s almost entirely gone while wearing this. The fit feels secure, it stays in place even on longer runs, and it’s simple to adjust. If you deal with mild to moderate knee pain or want extra support while staying active, this strap is a good choice. It’s comfortable, effective, and doesn’t get in the way of movement.

i work part time at a warehouse where my shifts are 5-11 hours for 6 days maximum per week. i bought this since my knee brace hasn't come in yet and i badly need a support for my knee since it gets beat up from all the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. this helps my knee a lot but this is just a support and will not cure any pain you have so i suggest to still see a doctor if your symptoms don't get better and consult your doctor as to what kind of knee support you need based off the knee pain or position of pain you have on your knee/s. i think this product is great and does the job but the velcro could be better. i understand other people's frustrations in their reviews because i agree that the velcro will get worn out easily especially for everyday or almost everyday use. other than that, i have no issues with it and i definitely recommend this.

Brace works well, feels good. I've had it a year now and the velcro isn't as sticky but its still wearable.

I’m a delivery driver, I’m jumping down a box truck hundreds of times a week and climbing stairs three stories high. My left knee is giving up and feeling the impact of every time I step down and it hurts every time I come down my van or down some stairs. I searched what could help and I found a knee strap could help. I looked up some and I chose this strap. I can say it WORKS!! because when I have it on is like my knee doesn’t have a problem no more. So every time I go to work I put it on and forget that I even have pain in my knee. Give it a try!

Keeps the patella in place & supported, but it has to be pulled super tight to have any effect, & after about 10mins of wearing it, the pain took over & it became pointless. I still had to limp the rest of the way back to my car from my hike & my knee felt like it was going to explode.

I tore my meniscus and ACL last year. I had surgery at the end of March. I recovered well/fast, and June I had the OK to ease back into things. But still, a year later, it hurts to jog/run, hike long distances (esp going down hill), or the first few steps after sitting at the computer for a while are a bit wobbly. My other knee is just fine, but the knee I had surgery on just isn't 100%. So I got this before a trip where I knew I'd be hiking loads. I didn't get how a tiny strap would help. But it does. I wasn't sore at all. I don't really like the feel (I get sweaty behind the knee, and you have to keep it tight), but it does help me not get sore. So it's worth it! I bought another brand at the same time, just to be sure (I couldn't decide based on reviews), but I like this DonJoy much better. This will be my strap of choice.

Dealing with patellar tendonitis prior to ordering the knee straps. I tried several different products, and ultimately I liked the donjoy knee straps the best. They provided mild pain relief when the symptoms were at their worse. I have continued using these while I run I did notice I recovered more quickly by using the knee straps. Since the use of the straps, my knee pain is almost completely gone after a few weeks of use. I have been running approximately 20-25 miles a week with the assistance of these straps. I also found the quality of the straps to be greater than the other straps I tested which also had high reviews. The knee straps give great support to the knee cap and patella tendon. I did have a small discomfort behind my leg where the straps were located. I realized I was tightening the straps too much causing the issues. Once i loosed the straps a little the discomfort went away, but they still provided ample support.

I liked the product, especially at the beginning. But after some weeks, as some people mentioned in their reviews, the Velcro started to come loose. Now it's hard to keep it together :) Funny because i ordered another one, which I haven't received yet, but i'll probably return it at this point

As many costumers, I my strap tear appart when I was playing. It happened 2 weeks after the 1 month warranty so no refund no nothing. Please do yourself a favor and check for another one, you can get more for less.
