Works amazing before shaving & leaves skin super smooth
I’ve purchased this scrub twice now because I genuinely love it. I mainly use it on my bikini line and underarms before shaving, and it makes a huge difference. It exfoliates really well and helps prevent ingrown hairs, which has always been an issue for me. I also have severe eczema and very sensitive skin, so I’m usually careful with exfoliating products, but this one has never caused irritation for me. The texture is effective without feeling harsh or scratchy, and it leaves my skin feeling very smooth afterward whether I shave or not. Another thing I really like is the scent, it smells clean and fresh without being too strong. A little goes a long way, so the jar lasts a while even with regular use. Overall, I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a gentle exfoliating scrub that works well for shaving prep and sensitive skin.

great One
Great exfoliating scrub for ingrown hair! It gently removes dead skin, leaving my skin smooth and soft. I’ve noticed fewer ingrown hairs after using it regularly, and it smells nice too. Highly recommend!

If you are shaving, waxing, sugaring or just getting ingrowns… this is a game changer!
If you deal with ingrown hairs, razor bumps, or dark spots after shaving — this combo might actually change your skin. This is the Bushbalm Exfoliating Scrub and their Ingrown Hair Oil Serum. I’ve been using them together for weeks. The scrub has a thick, gritty texture but it’s not overly harsh. It buffs away dead skin without leaving my skin feeling stripped. I use the scrub 2–3 times a week in the shower, especially in areas prone to ingrowns — bikini line, underarms, and legs. Then after drying off, I apply a few drops of the oil. The serum is lightweight — not sticky — and absorbs really quickly. It helps calm irritation and keeps new ingrowns from coming up. Since using these together, I’ve noticed fewer razor bumps and my skin looks smoother and more even. It’s especially helpful if you shave or wax regularly. I’d recommend this if you struggle with ingrowns, hyperpigmentation from shaving, or just want smoother skin between hair removal. If you’re already exfoliating but still getting bumps, pairing a scrub with a serum like this makes a big difference.

Dry
It’s nice but dry the first use. Would be nice if it had some liquid in the container, so it doesn’t feel like you’re just taking up a scoop of sugar

Wow! That was my first word when I used this. Not only does it smell good but it’s gentle near your sensitive areas. The scrub seems to also dissolve as you exfoliate, which I did not expect. It does have an oil in it so it leaves your skin so soft. I am super impressed with this product and I will definitely be an ongoing customer. I also have extremely sensitive skin and this did not other me at all. I highly recommend this bush balm exfoliant if you’re looking for a smoother area with no ingrown hairs. So far it’s a great product. The only thing I would say is if you’re ordering in the winter in a cold climate watch for the delivery. Mine ended up freezing outside and when I opened the box it came in, it was oily. Which means the cold expanded the container and it leaked a bit.

Absolutely love this stuff. Smells amazing, is so moisturizing. Paired with the bush balm ingrown hair oil... its the best. And on its own its still great. Ive noticed a huge difference since I started using it a couple months ago. Less ingrowns, and razor bumps, smoother skin, great smell, less irration after shaving. Worth it!!! Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Not sure if I had higher expectations than I should have with how effective this should be. Its a nice product but certainly not magic. I've been using just over a month now. PROS: Using in conjunction with the serum it has reduced my bikini bumps and some redness, feels nice after its rinsed off (like a waxy barrier is on the skin, smells nice CONS: Disintegrates within about 7 seconds when rubbed on wet skin (showerhead turned away to ensure does not rinse off, this is just when it is in contact with any wet skin - I thought it would stay grainy like my St. Ives apricot facial scrub does and I would have the choice to rinse this product away - not so, you have to rub it in like you're in a race before it melts away). Also after opening the product a few times in the shower (again, no water actually touching it other than the small amount on your damp fingers scooping some out) has caused the salt granules to clump together. Overall I think using both products has helped, I just don't know if one or the other is doing most of the work, or if another product could do the same thing better (or cheaper). But not a bad product

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using the Bushbalm exfoliating scrub for a couple years now and I’m honestly impressed. The exfoliation is effective without being too harsh, which is hard to find—especially for sensitive areas. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and refreshed, not dry or irritated. I’ve noticed a big improvement in ingrown hairs and overall skin texture. A little goes a long way, and it rinses clean without leaving any greasy residue. I also appreciate that it feels gentle enough to use regularly. If you struggle with ingrowns, razor bumps, or just want smoother skin, this scrub is definitely worth trying. I’ll be repurchasing.
