Is this gluten free? (Celiac disease)

I can't tolerate gluten but I can take Nurenza just fine

Description seems to lean toward diabetic neuropathy. Is this product primarily for those sufferers?

This is a personal opinion. As far as this particular product, Nurenza, I found it to be a total waste of money. Read the labels. It contains the same or similar ingredients as many over the counter supplements that can be bought much cheaper. As far as the effectiveness of the product, no, I would not recommend it. After using it for 6 months plus, I could tell no difference in foot pains, specifically neuropathy pains than before taking it. My wife, who is diabetic (I am not. I have chemotherathy induced neuropathy.),had no effective result either. I would not recommend these pills. I do not think they are the relief that so many of us are searching for. Also, some other products with similar sounding names, are as equally ineffective. At lest that has been our experience. I can tell you we have tried many of these "pain relief/nerve regenerative" products. None work.
