Does the product come in capsule and soft gels both?

The original caps were capsules and very hard to swallow. And difficult to digest. The new caps are what I think you call soft gels. They’re large but soft and much easier to swallow. I no longer have problems swallowing them and taken with food no more problems with digesting them.

What is the size of the softgel?

They are about an inch in length and 1/4 inch in diameter. They are large but easy to swallow because they are soft not hard like a tablet.

How much myristin is in it?

I don’t know exact amount. But it seems to have more than other brands. I’ve tried one other brand and this one seemed not only more effective but also more easily digested. Other brands may cause some gastric reflux or stomach pain. But not this one. You also have to try higher doses at first and then you can taper down. I started off with 4 per day and now take 1 per day. It’s very effective for me. I have no more hip pain and most of lower back pain is gone unless I overuse it.
