This product has all the right ingredients for oral mouth care. Swanson products are generally very good quality in my experience. And the taste is fine. After a round of antibiotics, I had a tongue coating which I needed to eliminate. With that said, the tongue coating did not improve after an entire bottle of this product. I don't think it was the product, but whatever the coating was needed a different approach. But this is a good product if you are looking for overall healthy oral care.
