Everything about the keyboard and mouse is great, but I had a faulty dongle that I contacted Glab about and they were able to send out, which fixed the keyboard connection issue. Great G-Lab support team.FeedbackAs advertised, the battery life is excellent. I keep the USB C connected(My personal preferance) and the back-light turns off when not in use, and last but not least, the mouse would be better if it were a little bit wider in size and weighed a little bit more.I discovered a problem that G lab should probably be aware of: when the dongle is connected to the computer, the keyboard and mouse does not see the dongle. I'm not sure how radio waves work, but the 10m isn't the issue. To fix the ghosting and key delay, the USB must be visible to the keyboard and mouse. The only way I was able to achieve zero lagancy i had purchasing a USB extender. (Because my PC is 2 metres behind the monitor, I'm not sure what the problem was, but having a line of sight to the dongle fixed it.)Regards You should know that, as should G-lab, because of the low price. I don't mind giving it a 5 star because it's worth it, but I had to buy extender stuff.ImprovementsIt's ideal because the keyboard and mouse are both packed with customizable features. However You can't keep track of which button combination to use to change the colors or dim the brightness of the keyboard. "Its on the G-lab website and the box" I'd prefer if they had a software where you could control most of the keyboard's options, such as lighting and how long the lighting stays on the keyboard when not in use. I've already mentioned this to Léa from the Glab team, but the USB dongle could be a little less tight because you need to exert some force to push or remove it.

I bought this keyboard and mouse for my son and they are such good quality and very good for the cost. I had an issue with a lost part months after I purchased it and thought I'd cross my fingers that the company would be able to help so I reached out to them and they have been incredible (especially Lea) who went out of her way to help me! Thank you! I would definatly recommend this product and especially the business.

Owner is very nice replaced me keyboard two times because had got issues with charging portWould have given five stars if the product charging port could be betterEverything is OK apart the charging port ; that is very very fragile and breaks very easily and other peoblem is you can't use two key together

The mouse is possibly the worst mouse I have used since the days of cleaning fluff from the rollers of old analogue mice in school. I have been trying to use it for work and it is very frustrating. I haven't used it for gaming yet but I can hardly see the point.The keyboard does not save the lighting options so you have to re-select them every time you turn it on and it squeaks a lot. The whole thing feels like someone had tried to reproduce a quality product but with terrible components. It is not as bad as the mouse but far from makes up for it.I would not recommend this set up to anyone. I would recommend people do not buy this item. It is a rip off. I feel robbed. Disappointed and upset; annoyed and bored of buying low quality junk like this on Amazon.

The keyboard is wonderful and it is quite satisfying even though it is silent. It takes you a little time to get used to but that's how it is with all new keyboards. It's a shame the coloured lights on the keyboard are not able to be customized like some other keyboards but its not that big of a deal to be honest. Otherwise the mouse and keyboard are pretty nice and I like them a lot.For a bluetooth Keyboard it functions very smoothly and so does the mouse. It's as if the mouse and keyboard were wired.I appreciate the company for putting the time in effort into making this product, I'm really enjoying it!

So the combo, both keyboard & mouse are relatively decent and your getting what you pay for. The mouse is pretty decent but don't use it as older mouse works better on different surfaces such as fabric.The main reason i got this was for the wireless keyboard, which is pretty decent and feels good quality except for one massive flaw. What i believe is the Bluetooth transceiver that's built into the keyboard has been put in a terrible location and probably is very cheap. I am roughly a meter away from my pc as i use it with a TV hence the need for wireless, however when the bottom of this keyboard is covered (like on your lap) it barely works. Not only that, typing or trying to play a game it sometimes doesn't take some key inputs... probably because of the Bluetooth again. Battery doesn't bother me too much, but only lasts about 4 days until you need to plug it in.This combo would be great value if not for the terrible Bluetooth.I will be wasting money on another wireless keyboard.

I love this gaming device and mouse. Only 1 USB which is handy for the xbox as the xbox doesn't have a lot of USB ports. The lights are very cool and have the added benefit of letting you know when the keyboard is activated if youre on a game using the controller & not using it frequently. My keyboard went faulty & completely dead recently which I believe is rare. The guys at GLab though were very helpful. Tried to help me diagnose it and when that didn't work told me it was covered under the 2 year warranty and issued me with a new keyboard & mouse. Obviously would be better if it never failed but when it did the GLab team were very supportive. Thanks guys & great job.
