I LOVE this workout set! I have owned many different pieces of exercise equipment, but these bands are absolutely the best! First of all, they are very high quality and strong durable material. The over-the-door anchor is very well made, holds securely, and does not at all damage your door. There are 5 bands at varying strength levels and I have combined several to get the perfect workout resistance for me. The ankle and arm grips clip on in a second and are also very high quality. I reviewed the exercise guide that comes with it and have added so many new and additional exercise, which makes it fun and even more challenging. I have been working out with these for a few days now and I can honestly say I can feel the burn immediately in all of the areas I am targeting (arms, shoulders, glutes, butt, thighs and abs). The bag is perfect to keep the entire set all together and the beautiful thing is that I can take these anywhere I go. This is a great all-over workout set that offers so much more flexibility and range of exercises versus dumbbells and other equipment. I know that based on the high quality that this set will last a long time. If you are at all hesitating to buy this workout set, DON'T!

These are one of the best resistance bands I've ever owned! As a personal trainer, I've used many bands in my personal use and for clients and these bands truly outdo the much more expensive ones while priced at a great price!Resistance band training hits the muscles in a special way and helps to really tone and define muscle due to the constant resistance it gives. At the sticking point, where the muscle is in full contraction, the bands increase resistance increasing intensity. At the lower phase, the bands continue to give resistance while dumbbells don't. It helps to add variety to physical training, gives a great pump and is so convenient!Take to the gym in addition to using other equipment. Prefect for home gym set Ups, outdoor workouts, and traveling.
