Terrible product! Complete waste of money. Doesn't work and doesn't have a Charing pack

It's ok. It's not cordless, the vibration works WITH pocket charger! That it doesn't come with. HEAT DOES NOT WORK, unless plugged into wall, longer cord plugged into wall. So not completely cordless. Works ok, and belt could be longer, fits a slim person. But their description isn't completely accurate.

The vibrating is great the heat is ok its made for a very small waste but unless u stay plugged into a wall u have to buy a power box separately it does not come with one

I really wish I would have looked at the reviews on this product before I bought it… I’m not sure if this was supposed to include a battery pack or not but mine did not. It had no instructions at all included. It had a USB cord which I assumed was for charging based on what it said in the description but I charged for hours and the stupid thing won’t turn on. I thought I got a good deal but this was a super cheap product, I’d rather put rice in a sock and heat that up. I’m really disappointed because I wanted this to help me with my awful period cramps, but now that won’t happen. Don’t waste you’re time or money on this product, it straight up does not work.

This product does work the vibrations work and it gets HOT! However, it is not completely cordless! It comes with a usb cord connected to it and you have to use some sort of portable charger to keep it running. It won’t work without being connected to some sort of power source such as the portable charger. It’s also very tiny around your waist so if you’re a bigger person, don’t get it.

Cheaply made

No where in the description does it state that you have to provide the power. It just says USB charging which sounds like you can charge it with USB. Waste of money. Glad I found out now, before mothers day!

Had to return because it was missing the USB charging pack.

Product looked awful on arrival it came in a zip lock style bag no box no instructions.We put it on charge and the lights came on when we tried to use it a few our later nothing worked and was fully charged no heat at all.Terrible product
