o2Totes Backpack compatible ONLY with Inogen One G4 (I0-400) & Inogen Rove 4 (IS-400) Ultra light backpack, Double or Single

Got this bag for my Inogen G4. Machine fits perfectly, has chest & belly straps which I don't use for the intended purpose. I may on vacation. I kind of worked the belly strap into the clasp strap for the top piece & use it with a carabiner to secure the machine to the handrails in the disability friendly bathrooms. Could work if I had a mobility chair as well. I had to cut into the plastic top a bit because it was not far enough out for my hose-but literally 1/2 inch. I carry it as a sling or backpack. The velcro hose holder got used up-but I used some velcro cord holders to replace it-works well, but messy. A small buckle strap would suffice & I may add one in the future. The stitching quality is good, I didn't need pockets, or anything fancy. I needed this for work & minimal was paramount because of job restrictions. If there was a con-it's that the back vents rest against the body & block them causing the machine to randomly stop. I cut a piece of pool noodle lengthwise & inserted in bag to rest against my back & pull the machine away from my clothing. A "bump" in the back cushion could help solve this. You can leave the bag on for charging-I have a car charger, so this is awesome! Battery changes are super easy-no disconnecting tubing or anything. I've taken it fishing, use in my checkstand as a cashier. REALLY expands my freedom. I have been touting this bag to customers since I got it. Love the lavender color, makes my o2 so much cuter. I will buy another one when I have to move up in machine size.

Bought this for the wife as she has an Inogen concentrator. It takes a bit to get set up and fitted to your person but seems to work quite well once done. Takes the weight off your shoulder. It comes with a battery spacer for single batteries. Remove it for double batteries. Seems well made for the money. Hope to get a long life out of it.

This is a very nice backpack for the Inogen G4. The unit fits nicely with the 4 hour battery installed. It is lightweight and my wife says comfortable to wear. So why not a 5 star? Well, the first one we got had obvious quality control issues with the strap barely sewn in place. The good news is O2Totes promptly sent us a no charge replacement when we sent pictures and brought it to their attention. SO, 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for a pretty good product and if I could give 1/2s, I'd do it and give it 4.5

While many owners of the small Inogen will agree, carrying even this lightweight over your shoulder in it's carrying bag is no easy matter... if you happen to be male! Now women would find it to be no problem as they have been used to carrying a hand bag since they were very young, merely hanging it over a shoulder. I found it to be very problematic, since I had to grab the strap of the bag and tug it back on to keep it from falling off whenever I tried to use both hands to finish most chores. Problem solved! The 02totes Ultra Lightweight Backpack fits easily and snugly around the Inogen G4, and since it is truly a lighjtweight backpack fully adjustable to fit most persons the wearer will find that most normal household chores can be done quickly, safely and easily with no slippage of the Inogen unit held on your back, freeing up both your hands. Like most males I am aware of would, I did experience minor disappointment to find it comes in a light purple coloring. And like most males, I would have liked it better in plain black or a camouflaged pattern. Or, as Henry Ford, the maker of Ford product automobiles once said, "(it) comes in any color you want, so long as it's black!"

I am still trying to find a way to make this comfortable. I am just over 5'3", and in order to get it high enough on my back, it cuts under my armpits. I should have returned it when I was able to do so.

I have an Inogen G4 and this bag is the perfect backpack for it. Zips along the bottom which allows me to change batteries without removing the entire unit. The top also opens, allowing direct access to the top of the unit. The aluminum nozzle is not obstructed by the case. Additional holes in the back of the bag are metal grommet reinforced so the bag will last a long time and it can be washed without fraying.

I was looking for an alternative to the Inogen provided cross-body bag which only has one shoulder strap. I thought this would be more comfortable but it is not. It's very awkward for me to get it on properly .. I am a small woman and trying to cinch the straps tightly enough without making the arm holes too small was just a real pain. I can't imagine trying to quickly put this on when getting off a plane! Also, 2 complaints. The nasal tubing must be passed through the grommet in the top flap...That is a nuisance! The top flap should be configured to go around the tubing so you can change it quickly if needed. Also, there are no hooks to hang anything such as the cannula holder which I bought to keep the cannula off the floor. There should be some loops or hooks provided . I am staying with the Inogen bag. It is much more sturdily constructed and much more comfortable for me.

This little bag is a perfect fit for the Inogen G4 O2 concentrator. The straps are all adjustable so you can fit it perfectly to your body. The bottom unzips for easy battery exchange. There’s a clear window where you can see the control panel, and there’s a little Velcro strip that holds excess tubing. I can easily move around with my hands free with this little guy strapped to my back. My only complaint was that in the description, they told a story about how their grandmother needed a bag for her O2 machine, and they designed one for her, and they were still a small business in Michigan. But the tag says it was manufactured in China—just designed in the USA. So I felt a little deceived, but if I had read the details more carefully, they did disclose that it was made in China. But the bag is perfect in every other way, so it is still worth 5 stars.
