These weights are easy to set up, although winding certain parts does take some time. The bars are comfortable to hold. When first opened, there is a noticeable smell, but it fades with use. The locking mechanism is good, thought it can occasionally loosen during my workouts. Overall, the set is functional and offers good value for the price.

Comfortable grips and easy to remove and add weights system. Comes with an exercise chart that you can work on at your own speed. Great value for money.

For the price, I was not expecting too much. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by what turned up. Although the kit arrived in a small, but heavy package, when it was all unpacked it was indeed a very comprehensive weights lifting kit which is very easy to assemble. Although the kit is of a plastic type material it feels very cushioned to hold, is comfortable to use, and looks to be very solid and robust, and if treated sensibly and with respect this kit should give years of valuable domestic weight training and fitness service within the home for most ages. Now in my 70s, I chose this kit to use at home to help keep fit, maintain bone density and maintain and build a bit of muscle tone. Although having only just received the kit I can see no reason why it should not suit my requirements admirably. In conclusion, take care of it, be sensible and realistic with it and enjoy the exercise, fitness and weightlifting ride this kit offers. Good luck and happy exercising.

Gave my postman a nice work out. Good for price, ab roller is a really nice little addition - great for lower abs. However the securing mechanism for the weights is way too flimsy. Make sure you use the wing nuts and over tighten, otherwise they fall apart really easy. Rip fluffy.

I'm very pleased with the product ''it does what it says on the tin''. The delivery time was also vey good 2 days.

The weights were delivered with poor packaging (just paper sheets separating parts). In addition, two of the weights were damaged with a split in one and another smashed open. The other weights were delivered intact but with significant defects meaning some of the slots for loops were impossible to access due to bulges. The bars felt flimsy but I did not get a chance to use and end caps were made of plastic. I would not recommend this weights set

Good set of weights for beginners! Easy to assemble and storage. Grip is great and looks good.
