Will it fit a 44 inch waist?

I have a 114 cm waist, nearly 45 inches. Size L is what I ordered and it works fine for me. If you anticipate growing larger take the next larger size. If you expect to stay the same or lose weight, size L is for you.

Does anyone know how to choose the size? (select by pants size or other)

Standing in a relaxed position, measure waist at the level of navel (belly button). Please use a flexible tape measure or a string, do not assume you know your size, never select by pants size. Would this be good for lifting at work? I work in a warehouse loading forklifts all night.

It is a very comfortable brace and stabilizes your back pretty well and the Side straps allow various adjustments (loose or tight). Can used for sports, work, lifting objects, back support when walking or sitting.

What size do I need for a 34 inch waist?

I am 39 inches at the belly button, and I ordered a large. It fits fine. I can get the two ends of the elastic bands to perfectly overlap for a fit that I like as shown on the video. If I needed, I could gain another inch without discomfort. If you are 42-45 inches in this measurement, I think you would benefit from the XL. Sizing range is just a touch on the small side based on my experience. I really like the product and use it for exercise as well as general activities around the house and yard. Supportive but still sufficiently flexible to allow mobility.

Correct your posture in less than ₹1000.

Just got this belt and I already feel confident wearing it. I had ruined my spine over years while studying and using the phone. I'm ready to face some back issues while using this belt as my back is going to be trained to remain straight in the next couple of months. Planning to wear it for 2-3 hours daily while I work or play a music instrument. I also had to smoothen the plastic edges of this belt using a file/knife because it was hurting. Check how to wear and remove this belt if you live alone. I capped this for ₹499
