These tips are great!!!! I bought them bc I wanted to create some homemade decorative cupcakes for my boyfriend's birthday bc he loves fake flowers. I’ve heard from my friend, who has worked in a cake shop for years, that these Russian tips can do a very good job, like store-bought cupcakes. I'm not much of a baker so I was a little nervous to spend the money... and I've used plastic tips before, but it just came out looking like a glob. I'm really glad I bought these. They were very durable and the shapes show up so nicely. It's also really easy to clean, so you can switch between colors with no blending. I used one of the recipes it came with and it was really easy and tasty, so I had no issues with that either. To be honest I thought the whole process would be way more difficult but it was pretty easy and the flowers came out great. He loved them haha. As for the specific set, the giving coupler makes it even easier to switch between different flower designs. The set also has a snowflake tip which I’m so excited to use to decorate cakes and cupcakes for Christmas... never thought I would say that! The packaging is also simple and nice; it stores well and is very compact. The plastic bags/tubes are easily replaceable if needed, but you receive a good starter set so you won't have to go shopping again for a while. Definitely recommended for beginners and pro bakers alike! (The friend who works in the cake shop says they look very similar to what she uses at work).

I love baking, this is absolutely one of my best things to do over the weekend or when I have some free time. I never used Russian tips before, so I decided to give it a try and see for my own eyes what the story is all about. I ordered this new set since it seems like a good and quality set with a wide selection of pipes and extras such as the bags and coupler. The box came plastic wrap which is super nice to keep the box clean & closed. Each nozzle came individually wrapped. You get in the set 21 tips over all - 18 Russian flowers tips, 2 Ball shaped tips, 1 leaf tip you also get 10 clear and strong party bags along with a large coupler which matches the Russian tips a total of 32 pieces. The Russian pipes are bigger than normal so your flowers will come out in good size and detailed . You also get in the set 2 recipes that will work with those tips. I tried their buttercream and it worked great. You really need the cream to be around room temperature so your cream will come out stiff enough otherwise your flowers will not come out right if the butter is too soft.. From my experience you can always even put the icing into the fridge for a few minutes to make it firm and then start to pipe again. The quality of the pipes seems to be very good, they feel strong and durable. Now that I have these, I even plan on ordering another set to give to a friend!

I received my tips yesterday and I'm excited about trying them out! It looks like a nice set. However I didn't need the extra couplers & icing bags & would have rather just been able to get the tips only.

The kit is great, you get in it all of the essentials when it comes to Russian piping tips so it's perfect for decorating a cake or cupcakes. The box came wrapped and each tip was also packed individually. The box is strong and great to store all of the tips.Overall this is a good buy, can't wait to try them and play with then a bit.

I bought this set for my daughter who loves to bake. These tips make it easy to get professional results with minimal efforts. She is working on more advanced cake decorating skills but in the meantime she can create beautiful cupcakes with these tips. The quality is top notch. The set is more than complete and has many options to choose from. And they all come in a great little storage box. I would suggest making some practice icing to see just how great these tips work.

I like them so far. I just got the ebook downloaded and I've read it. Not home - visiting family out of town. I plan on practicing with these tips this weekend. So excited to try them. I want to get going on these for deserts for church pot lucks that we go to. I think they will be very impressive. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas. These are great! Just make sure you have a good, stiff buttercream and you’re set to go. Beautiful flowers/patterns.

Nice pieces, but I was hoping for a better storage box. The tips were all just stacked one inside another.
