I previously had answered a question on Amazon regarding this product, and I had mentioned that I had received this seat without the remote included. Amazon and American Standard have communicated and fixed this issue. My recent purchase included the remote, and I can now give this seat a proper review.I already own INAX's predecessor model (INAX Luscence CW-W131), and the current model is an updated version with minor changes to the remote format, size, and functions. The seat itself is made to fit an elongated toilet seat. Once unboxed, the installation is pretty straightforward with a couple screwdrivers and an adjustable wrench. However, the included instructions are a little vague when it comes to removing the mounting plate from the seat itself. There is a little unlocking mechanism tab on the side of the seat that releases/locks the plate so you can then attach it to the toilet and mount the seat. I drove myself crazy for a few minutes because I thought the plate was not included in the shipment, but it actually comes already attached to the seat. Once the seat is installed, this INAX performs extremely well. The seat has different temperature settings for the water temperature and the toilet seat itself. My main reason for buying INAX is the water pressure of the cleansing features vs. other competing washlets. It has variable water pressures, and it also has a pulsate option that it's predecessor did not have as one of it's features. The pulsating is very subtle, and I almost prefer forgoing the pulsating feature and just use the cleansing option on full blast. The warm water sprays out and lasts for about 30 seconds before cooling off. As with most washlets, the dryer tends to be a neglected feature, but it's there and it works if you need to feel extra dry. This washlet is made in Japan and the quality is amazing. If you want an extremely well-made washlet with strong water pressure, I would buy an INAX over any other washlet on the market.

Works exactly as expected, I'm very pleased. Love the warmed seat, great cleaning action. In reviews for other seats, some people mentioned the fan noise but that's not an issue here. Like other models however, don't expect big drying results from the dryer function. But I bought it for the wash not the dry. Installed easily. (Be sure you have a gfc wall outlet near your toilet to plug it in.)
