Can you make a steller jay? same a the blue jay but head is black.

I just google a Steller Jay they are beautiful. I tried to find one for you but was not able too! I purchased the Blue Jay did not make it.. Maybe you could paint it to look like the Steller Jay???? Sorry I would love to have one too!

Has anyone tried to use this to scare away a woodpecker? Destroying my siding!

Not likely it will frighten a wood pecker. Order some bright metal hanging objects to scare him.

Does it have an attachment in the feet to stabilize it into the ground?

this was a gift for my sister. She put a nail in a tree and the feet were shaped to fit over that nail head (just like hanging a picture frame). I would imagine you could do the same thing with a large enough nail in the ground
