Great breakfast bar
I am trying to loss weight but either haven't got time to eat breakfast or find that the breakfast I do have doesn't fill me up.These Slimfast bars are brilliant. They don't taste too bad and becuase of the consistency of these bars, it takes me longer to eat them and therefore, I find myself getting full.I find these very convenient, so no excuse not to eat breakfast plus, these are much more substantial compared to other breakfast bars.
