ACETECH Tracer Unit Predator MKIII Compatible with 14mm CCW Negative Thread Supports Tracer BBs LED Beam Lighting Effect

I've had a few tracer units over the years and all have been pretty poor. Either don't like to hold charge or are fiddly to turn on and get to the right setting. This one however is fantastic. I never bother to turn it off and it gets used once or twice a month. Sometimes it's still got enough charge to be used again, even though it's been in sleep mode for a few weeks! But even if I forget, 30 mins or so of charge gives it enough to be used for a whole night. As I never push the button to tun it off, as soon as its charged, i pop it in my bag and then just give it a shake, drop a few tracers through it and it wakes up and is good to go for the night. Love it.

The muzzle flash is very impressive and the quick detach mechanism is truly amazing. Getting into the tracer unit to adjust settings is a pain though but I'd prefer it that way for the waterproofing. Comes in a nice little case for travel, and battery lasts a long time, it auto turns off until movement is detected.

Gutted to have to send this thing back because it looks incredible. From the packaging to the heft of the item it is gucci af. Problem for me though was it doesn't fit the smc 9, the fore grip is to slim for it. I'm told you can get barrel extensions etc but the biggest part of this purchase for me was the quick detach (it comes with a 14mm ccw flash hider) and that it would specifically fit inside the foregrip. I didn't even get to fire a shot through it so I can't speak for any of its other features. For anyone else interested as the seller seems to have missed it out- Ace tech website quotes the dimensions at "length 139.3 mm, diameter 42 mm" The image I've posted shows it attached but it's right at the very end of the external barrel's threading. I've added it for reference to anyone that might be considering it with a barrel extension.

Great for airsoft and really easy to use because of quick detach. A little expensive but it’s a new product

As a unit it is well made an looks great, can’t fault that. Problem is that while the description says it’s got a blaster M which has the ‘shake to wake’ function, it appears to be shipped with the Blaster MS which doesn’t. I thought this was an error so had it replaced and the second was exactly the same so is going back too.

I've had one for a couple of months and haven't actually skirmished with it yet, but have tested it here and there at home. It's cool when it works, but it suddenly dies and Acetech refuse to replace it. Not really worth the price tag for such a short lifespan in my opinion.

my main complaint is the proprietory flash hider, would have been nice if it was Surefire compatible! other than that, well made, does what it says on the tin
