I've been using these for a few years now. keep them clean inside and leave the cover off so it breathes. Other than that, used a lot for sushi events. Keeps my fish cold for hours with ice packs. Light weight and decently durable. Pieces might break off after years of wear and tear.

It does what it’s supposed to do, it’s sturdy and very well made and is easy to use, you can get at least three very long pans, it works for hot or cold food. I travel for two hours and the food is just as cold as when I put it in. The hot maintains a safe temperature. I first ordered one last year but this year I ordered another so I have one for each, hot and cold.

This does a great job of keeping things hot, fits a large hotel pan perfectly. I am concerned about its durability, I thought it was blow molded plastic., it’s just styrofoam.

I recently saw this storage box at a barbecue demo. The guy uses it to “rest” meat after slow cooking on the barbecue. There is plenty of room to use a metal food tray. He was cooking brisket that comes off at around 200 degrees and needs to cool down slowly to 150 degrees before serving. This does a terrific job because it is so well insulated. The lid fits extremely tight and is difficult to remove. That is necessary to achieve an airtight seal.
