Have used for many years
I have used them for many years. They 'work' in terms of congestion but more importantly, they help me sleep, which is really important to me. Try them and see for yourself.

They really work at least for me
Back in 1984 85 I was working with these guys and I had a cold and they told me to take a Alka-Seltzer Plus I never did like them the way they looked my parents used to take them and I swear I never would well they finally forced me to take one and within a few hours I was totally different it cleared my sinuses and everything they have them for daytime and to take it night in fact I have probably 6 to 8 boxes right now at one point I couldn't get any night time Alka-Seltzer Plus but if you have a head cold sinus flu read the box and keep them on hand best thing I ever had hope this can help someone as many as I have bought and as much as I have recommended to others they should send me a box of night time Alka-Seltzer Plus LOL

This works very well for me!
The Nigh time Alka Seltzer is great - gets into my system quickly, relieves mild congestion helping me fall asleep - without any morning groggy feelings.

Used For A Sleep Aid
ALKA-SELTZER PLUS Night does not make me restless or irritable like other cold and allergy meds. I use this as a sleep aid even when there are no other symptoms. One tablet before bed and I sleep through the night and wake up with no side effects.

missing packets from 2 of 3 received. 3rd.packet not received.
Have severe cough and cold. This product helps relieve the coughing. Need it. Out. 2 of the 3 packets were opened and the packets were marked to hold 20 items each. 2 of them each had a count of 10 each. Both packages were opened at both ends. Product works. Shipper needs quality control.
Product works. Price has doubled in two years. Shipped in an envelope so the box received was crushed and so were the tablets. They still work crushed so I kept them. They should be shipped in a corrugated box not an envelope.
