Easy set up and werks very well.

I have been using this item for about a month and so far it has been great. I am a seller on Amazon and use it to scan the ASINs of the products that I ship in. It is quick and responsive. I know it has a lot of settings but for me it worked straight out of the box with the factory settings. I have literally scanned thousands of items. Also use it for barcode scanning. Happy to have a good product like this to help me.

We purchased 10 of these after upgrading our POS system to read QR codes. They come with a booklet full of barcodes to program each scanner to work for you (i.e. continuous scanning vs pulling the trigger for each scan). We had five changes we needed to make for each one so that they were "on" all the time, didn't need to pull the trigger, turned off the unnecessary light, didn't make noise and scanned all text in all caps. A couple of them worked immediately after scanning the correct programming barcodes from the user manual, about half of them worked after trying a few times, and most of them worked eventually. Two of the scanners we purchased absolutely would not save the programming we put in, no matter how many times we tried. I contacted the support and they only sent me a QR version of the barcodes we were already scanning (which still did not work). No matter what we do for those two scanners, after 5 minutes they reset back to the factory defaults. We are past the return window, so we now have two scanners that don't work how we need them to. Would not recommend if you want your barcode scanner to be always "on". If you pull the trigger every time you use it, these would work fine for you.
