Had to return it because it would randomly shut down and reboot. If all you want it for is checking email it's fine. Check the specs for RAM, etc....... Repeated attempts with remote help from HP yielded no positive results so, not happy with HP tech support. I will never knowingly purchase another HP product.

I have owned this PC for almost a month now and I am very pleased. It's very fast, super quiet and I would absolutely recommend it and would purchase it again. This is the third HP desktop I have owned and they have been trouble free reliable machines. The new SSD hard drives that are mounted on the motherboard are incredibly fast and programs load in the blink of an eye.. Great Machine!!

This is a basic home computer so don't expect much more than that. The Bluetooth feature is great but it comes with no DVD/CD drive.

I bought this tower because mine was well over 10yrs old, didn’t do updates anymore, and took 2 to 2.5hrs to come on. This was very frustrating, because I work from home. This new tower puts my other to shame. It’s fast with updates, loading web pages, and whatever else is needed. I’m not use to windows 11 yet, but this system is making it easier for me to learn. Totally impressed, and a very satisfied customer! Yes I would recommend this to family, friends, and anyone looking for a great deal on a great tower!!

I opened up the box and realized I didn’t have to build it like I had for the other 2 I bought from a different company. I was so excited to start this up and get right to work. Amazing customer service and support too.

This desktop PC from HP is so quiet that one barely notices that it is on. The Window 11, on startup, is much faster (almost instantaneous) than Window 10's torturous slow start.

Okay where should I begin with this unit. The worst product you can purchase and then comes the service to actually fix the issues. So receiving this product after a month, my PC restarted 5 different times in one hour. Now, am not sure what happened there but the computer definitely showed some type of defective activity. Let's move forward to the next issue I encountered. I had issues trying set-up my dual monitor functionality and that didn't work as planned and yes I tried everything. Which includes resetting power wire, changes of HDMI cables, update drivers, Uninstaller/restall device manager, tried the monitor separately to see if it's the monitor that's defective but no solution. RED FLAG #1 BTW. Reminder that I had this computer for only a 2 weeks before minor issues provided here. I called HP customer service and spoke with 5.............YES...5 tech to fix the dual monitor issue and I was told I must pay 59.99 to fix my 1 month PC I brought. So thats not okay. Plus I been receiving the blue screen of death. Therefore, long story short, elide this product from your list. Not worth the money. Thank me later.

It wants to force you to let them store all your information off the hard drive in the cloud. Where it can get stolen or bought and sold. I've been trying to use my external hard drive for backups and it is doing every thing possible to use the cloud. you can't stop it from from opening every morning when you turn it on. Quit possibly the most irritating computer since windows 95.
