As a pharmacist , this is my go to for Nifrex 150. Reasonably priced unit dose so I can take my evening dose with me or both doses when traveling. Major is trust worthy brand

These iron supplements have been just what the doctor ordered—well, not literally, but close enough. I’ve been trying to raise my ferritin levels, and these seem to be helping without any of the usual stomach drama. I take 2 to 3 a day (don’t quote me, I’m not a doctor), and they’ve been really easy on my system. No nausea, no cramping, no regretting my life choices an hour later. Just smooth sailing so far. Obviously, everyone’s different, so proceed with caution and all that, but for me, they’ve been a great find. If you’ve struggled with iron supplements that make your stomach protest, these might be worth a try—but maybe ask your actual doctor first, not some guy writing Amazon reviews.
