Just rip one open add water give it a shake and it’s ready. No messing about or trying to measure anything. The feeling after using it is amazing. I’ve used it with colds allergy season and even after a day out in London and every time I feel fresher lighter and can breathe properly again. Whilst the product is good and it’s easy to make up the bottle is very sensitive and the slightest touch to the bottle means the mix comes out

I am sensitive when it comes to my sinuses. Because of this I have been over-using decongestant sprays for years. This rinse has been a great help the clearing things out. It feels weird at first, but you get used to it quickly (reminds me of getting water at the swimming pool up my nose). Remember to use the correct kind of water (I used boiled water from filter kettle).
