Tastes mild and good. Not bitter. No dust, only leaves and other related things. Of all the brands I have had tried for a very long period, this product seems to be nicer in quality. Hope this company maintains such quality and originality perpetually and even improve the quality some more in this product. Would recommend this as good and worth buying.

The leaves are good, the green tea is fine at its extremely low cost. But the 0% bitterness claim isn't true; it still is bitter.

Amazing product, I have been drinking green tea for the last 8 years but till date I have not found such taste and quality in any other tea, even the most branded green tea does not have this quality, so I would say that this is of very good quality.

Good aroma refreshing

I am writing this review after the fourth purchase. In the first and second purchases, they provided supreme quality, as the leaves appeared fresh, neither too moist nor too dry, and the taste was outstanding. Even if you overbrew it by a few minutes, it doesn't develop bitterness. In the third purchase, I received a pack of tea that was not very fresh-looking, dry, and comparable to all the popular brands available in the retail space. The same happened in the fourth purchase, as I understood they provided superior quality in the initial purchases for acquiring customers and provide regular quality once customer acquisition is complete. I am not saying the third and fourth purchases were bad, but not what I received in my initial purchases. However, this is a bad business strategy as it would backfire on the brand in a highly competitive space

While the tea and the flavors are good, the tea bags are not biodegradable. Also, the tea bag covers are also not biodegradable. Would love to use it regularly, but cannot do it due to environmental issues. Hope the company changes their packaging.

I have tried so many teas but this one is different and quality is excellent, i have ordered several times and the consistency is excellent, go for it!
