How far we’ve fallen
Sadly, it seems the quality of my go-to vans has dropped wayyyyy off. I couldn’t even tell you how many pairs of these I’ve owned or how many years these have been the ONLY Vans I wear. Finally had to toss my last pair after 5? years (I always get two pair at a time..so 3-5 years). This pair just is not as comfortable or neatly put together. Not so bad that I’ll return them..but absolutely noticeable to the point I won’t be shopping for them here again. I’ll shop in person to see and feel the quality when the time comes.

The Atwood canvas has the best weight and feel out of all the vans I have worn. They are more comfortable and have better padding than the others. Just feels like a better shoe. My Van's of choice.

Vans sind die besseren Chucks. Sie sind haltbarer (Sohle), die geposterte Zunge lässt einen die Schuhe auch locker geschnürt tragen, sie sehen je nach Farb- und Materialwahl erwachsen-gediegen und trotzdem locker aus. Ein Original, das zeitgemäß ist.

These shoes are so uncomfortable. In the left shoe there's a 'bump' coming from the sole and it digs into the underside of my foot. They are rock hard and it feels like I'm walking in concrete 24/7.
