Like A Cracker, But Much Better.
I shop for groceries at a nearby Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market and they have a good selection of gourmet items that I like to try from to time. One was La Panzanella Croccantini. The name sounds like something that would be an italian import, but they are made in Tukwila, WA. Well, in any case, they're a really good large cracker or hard-bread. I tried the rosemary variety first and just loved it. The items were so good, in fact, that the next time I went back I picked up a 5.5-ounce box of the Original Croccantini. Well, it's equally good. What can I say? These are the best crackers I can ever recall eating. They're lightly salted with sea-salt crystals. Does that do it? I have a slight preference for the Rosemary ones, but these are just excellent too. Use them with anything you might use a cracker with. The only difference is that these are much better.Gary Peterson

Stay crunchy and tasty for a long time.
I first got addicted to these when I was working in Europe.... and have been buying and enjoying these for decades. They hardly ever get stale and stay crunchy.
