Our Slim Posture Shoulder Support design works in a healing hold as it keeps the arms back so it's correcting the way you position your body. How it works: Tuck the ends of the harness through the clips and attach the velcro ends to the straps. Slip on the arm loops just like a jacket and secure with the velcro on the outside.
