Works flawlessly with $30 plan
Bought this for my iPhone 5 as I wanted to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile's $30 monthly plan. I was unsure how the process would be as there's TONS of information out there and lots of conflicting stories. Fortunately, the transfer process couldn't have gone smoother. After receiving the sim card, I simply activated it online at T-Mobile's site. There was a section for porting over your current number on the transfer form. After filling out the form I was informed that it would take up to 2 business days for the switch to happen. I put the sim card in my phone right then and there just to make sure that it worked in my phone. The phone recognized the sim but naturally, there was no phone service yet so I waited. A day later I put the sim card back in, got phone service, and a text message confirmation that my T-Mobile account was active! Easy as pie.

so good! Well I received the TMobile nano sim card ...
So far, so good! Well I received the TMobile nano sim card as promised in two days. I paid extra for the delivery. The card fit as required and immediately I was able to set my iphone 6 plus up. I followed the directions on how to activate card and paid for my first month. I was a little concerned in reference to porting my number but there is a section on the online application for that.

Didn't include activation code, but not a deal breaker
This 3-in-1 SIM came as an unpackaged credit-card-sized card mailed in a plain envelope. It's a real 3-in-1 T-Mobile prepaid SIM Card, but it didn't come with the activation code because I think that is typically printed on the packaging (which is inaccurately shown in the image here), so you have to call a sales rep and have them work that out with the provided SIM# and whatnot; not the end of the world. End of the day, best deal I could find, so why not.

Bought the Nono SIM to use on my brand new ...
Bought the Nono SIM to use on my brand new OnePlus 3 and it's not working. I know it's not an activation error because I called T-Mobile and was transferred through several customer service employees with no solution. It's not the new phone because I tried the card on my older phone (with an adapter) and it still faced the same issue. I will be filing a claim if this doesn't get sorted out at the T-Mobile store tomorrow. One positive was that I did receive it a couple days before the estimated delivery.

and this SIM card worked fine. You should start by checking out t-mobile
I'm already a T-Mobile customer with a family plan, and this SIM card worked fine. You should start by checking out t-mobile.com/sim to see if they've updated their system yet. If they haven't (you'll see a message at the top of the screen letting you know they're working on updating it), then call the number that's on the SIM card. It's really easy at that point; just go through the motions and press/speak the number of the SIM card. I noticed that the SIM card ended with a letter "F" which was ignored by the system. T-Mobile's voice recognition was horrible, though. It took me 5 tries to get it to go. I did try punching in the number on the dialpad, but because the SIM number isn't spaced out at all, I kept losing my place, which caused delays and ultimately I was too slow to punch in the entire number in time.

So far I really love my new phone
So far I really love my new phone. Came completely well packed, no flaws, works perfectly. Just needed to convert my SIM card to nanoSIM which cost 15USD, but was totally worthed. Highly recommend if you do want to be free of a 2 year contract and pay as you go.

Very useful SIM card.
When you first look at the card with the SIM attached to it, it's a size of a standard SIM. Then, when you break off the perforation it becomes a Micro SIM. Then, from the Micro SIM, break off the perforation again, then it becomes a Nano SIM. I used this to unlock my Nokia Lumia 830 with the code supplied by AT&T. I found that T-Mobile had an awesome reception here compared to AT&T and Verizon. Now I have an option of switching carriers on a needed basis, while keeping AT&T as my default carrier since I'm getting good rates. This will also work with my Verizon's Nokia Lumia 822 by using a Micro SIM adapter since the 822 is unlocked by default.

Only part of the full solution
Couldn't use the sim card unless I also got the second half of the package solution provided by the T-Mobile. The second half of the solution is the access code to open the sin card. That you need to buy separately from T-Mobile store near you. It turns out that if you buy the whole package deal from T-mobile home page directly, it is MUCH cheaper.
