Well, it worked for me anyway, without going into unnecessary detail. I used the Wild Cherry flavor which I thought tasted rather good, but then I don't expect medicine to taste good, but to do what it's supposed to do. I almost missed the line in the directions that says to take 8 oz. of liquid with the dose of this product, but it makes perfect sense given how it's supposed to work.
