These really are fantastic quality compared to some I've owned.Really comfy even in long work outs, great support that you can tailor to your needs by wrapping them looser or tighter.Great velcro, even after washing multiple times. Really love them, they encouraged me to get the matching elbow wraps, and I've encouraged people at my gym to get some if they're planning on buying any supports.

So I'm a woman in her 50's with strong shoulders but weak wrists! This meant when I was doing any weight based arm exercises with dumbells or kettle bells I was experiencing pain in my wrists. These supports have transformed my gym sessions. I can now lift much heavier weights without experiencing any pain either during or after the session. I find the thumb straps helpful to keep the supports in place. I can also wear them with boxing gloves. Would highly recommend.

I use these for most heavy dumbbell sets to give me that extra support. Takes some of the pressure away from your wrist when balancing the dumbbell. Would highly recommend the brand, used for a couple months and quality is still there.
