These would have been perfect had I also ordered the right sized leather cord. These are made of quality metal and the clasps are very sturdy. However you need very thin cord to fit through the holes. My bigger cord kept slipping out so I had to unbend the curved part so that the metal would go all the way across and the leather won’t slip. All in all, these worked for what I needed to do and my beaded bolo tie looks great and I can’t wait to gift it to my uncle.Also I loved that the seller took the time to write a handwritten thank you.

They are the basic type of bolo tie clasp and anything can be glued to them to make you r own style tie.

These are great. I was using the clamp style slides before, but found they require too much leverage and can break loose . These are easier to work with and compact.

Works well for gifts

They aren’t as pictured, there is a second piece of metal attached to the disc. the metal isn't flexible and breaks off if you try and open it to put cord in. it’s crap.

Definitely flimsy and I can only fit one side of a bolo tie cord through it. Completely a worthless purchase for a bolo tie project.
