What's the thickness of actual blade, im actully looking for the watse to be 130mm, any input would be good?

About 2mm thickness on tha blade. Only cuts in circles as you can see.

Interesting question. As these are designed to achieve a finished hole size to the diameter indicated, the “waste” diameter isn’t usually relevant. Nevertheless, the assertion that the “waste” is circa 118mm (I.e. 120mm less the thickness of the hole cutter) is reasonable. However, this may vary slightly depending on the material being cut and how straight you’ve cut it. But, somewhere between 116mm and 118mm would seem about right.
