Noscarna Scar Gel Treat Keloid, Surgery & Acne Scars 10 g.

For reference, I have dry/combination, sensitive skin that's prone to inflammation and clogged pores.I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to products that are supposed to help with fading hyperpigmentation, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see that this actually did lighten them quite a bit. My acne marks can sometimes take over a year to disappear completely. I didn't want that to be the case for the new ones I have currently since they're bigger and pretty visible, so I've been applying a generous layer of the Noscarna gel twice daily. It's been about two weeks of consistent use and they've faded much, much faster than they would on their own so I'm really happy.The directions on Dong-A's website (the company that makes Noscarna) say you can apply this several times daily after the wound has healed (do NOT use it on active acne), but I usually just apply it under my sunscreen in the AM and moisturizer in the PM (side note: if you're not already, please make sure to wear sunscreen to help prevent your scars from getting darker). The texture is a slightly thicker gel that spreads well and isn't that sticky. There is a fragrance to it though, like a sweet, kind of floral-y? scent (sorry, I suck at describing smells) that disappears after a minute or two. It doesn't bother me personally and it hasn't irritated my skin despite it being sensitive, but I wanted to mention it for those who don't like/are sensitive to fragrance. Didn’t really see too much of a difference, but didn't make it worse. If using this for acne scars, I prefer Good Molecules Discoloration Serum.

This little thing packs a punch , by far the best product I’ve used , had a scar on my lower lip from scratching a pimple , tried several different products none worked ! I was down to the point to going to a dermatologist, I found this while looking for the best products , and honestly I was very skeptical at first seeing the mixed reviews , but it definitely worked !! You have to follow the instructions as they are in order to work , my scars are almost invisible now ,

I don’t see anything changes on the scar that I used this product on. It doesn’t give me any skin reaction at least.

This stuff really does work. My scar is noticably smaller and lighter just after half the tube.

I got a lot of acne from wearing masks during COVID and the scars I got from it would not disappear. I'm also really pale so the scars were really, really noticeable. I would use concealer and bb cream to try and cover it up, which helped, but my acne scars would still faintly show through (I don't like wearing thick makeup). I also researched and used products with salicylic acid, BHA, etc and these products didn't do much. I came upon this product from watching a Korean YouTuber who recommended this for acne scars. I used a thick layer on my face only on the acne scars every night for about 2-3 weeks and my scars lightened up ALOT. Of course it's not going to completely get rid of the scars, but the ointment helped my scars to fade by ALOT. I honestly wished I took pictures. Now when I wear makeup, my scars don't show through. I was surprised when I received this product because it was small but I would recommend this product!!
