Great, efficient way to get the benefits of green tea without the taste!
Not everyone likes the taste of green tea, but the benefits are undeniable. I've taken green tea extract off and on for the last several years, and when I'm on it, I notice I feel better and more energetic. I noticed an acceleration in my metabolism as well. Great addition to anyone's vitamin regimen!

Well packaged and came on time. Does it have the specified levels of green tea? Is it high quality? Did it make a difference in my metabolism? I have no idea, but every outward appearance is good.

Did not really see a health benefit
Does not work as good as green tea itself. I think it has lots of fillers. I didn’t really see a health benefit from it.

Quality product
The product arrived quickly, the package was intact. It appears to be good quality, the size of the capsules are not too large, there is no aftertaste. Will provide an update in its effectiveness, health benefits and energy levels soon.

Works, but can’t consume cellulose. 😏
3 stars only because these pills contain cellulose. I didn’t realize that at the time of purchase. Although they were effective - giving me the same boost as coffee. I noticed bloating in my belly. Which prompted me to look at the ingredients. Cellulose! Cellulose is the culprit. Cellulose causes me to bloat.😏 I should have read the label contents closely.

Hi, I'm a person who's used these pills now for the better part of 8 months. I'm not a bot nor am I a paid spokesperson in a review farm watching as dozens of smartphones are daisychained together. Anyway, these helped me lose about 90 lbs in the last 8 months. They have been instrumental (along with fiber & probiotics) in my weight loss. They not only give me a slight energy boost but keep my metabolism humming along. I STRONGLY recommend taking these with several bottles of water initially and several more throughout the day as they help your body expel water & calories. I honestly never thought a silly little tea pill could help me like these have. And this brand is a great bang for your buck. Big bottle (relatively) small price. Keep drinking that water!
