No but the i5 7600 non k cpu does come with one

Will this work with msi b150 gaming m3? if so, if i do need to update the bios, do i place the cpu in the socket still? or can i do it without it?

The B150 board has OC capabilities those people telling you you can't oc on MSI Gaming m3 either doesn't have it or something along those lines though for best OC experience a Z board is recommended I have a MSI gaming m3 on one of my test bench and I can confirm you can OC if you flash your bios to the latest version.
