Dellonda 13ft Deluxe Steel Frame Swimming Pool Rectangular with Filter Pump - DL21

My boys and their friends absolutely love this. I was really worried about managing the chemicals.... but I just use digital scales and dissolve granules with hot water in a glass and pour in.... The ladder is a bit wobbly for heavier adults... but just such a feature of our garden. I bought the grey cover with the ties - but that was a bit faffy t put on. I now how the bubble wrap one and much prefer that. Also bought the pool hoover that attaches to the hose and the net for cleaning... and we are all set!

So glad we purchased this pool, the kids absolutely love it!! The added depth compared to our last one makes a massive difference. Excellent build quality and easy to set up, even for someone that’s not great at this sort of stuff. Also contacted Dellonda directly as we wanted a groundsheet for added protection, the staff were so helpful we ended up buying the groundsheet, top cover and pool chemicals!! Really pleased to hear from the staff that we could also get hold of spare parts if needed.

Looks good not used as yet.ladder not stable.have bought steps.a child couldn't step over top rungs.

Built the pool and half filled it as was intended for a younger child but noticed poles started to bend so contacted seller to then be told the pool has to be filled to 90% unless this will happen. Not anywhere in the product description does it state this as if it did I would not have purchased it for such an expensive amount of money all information should be available on the product description before purchasing so they have miss sold this swimming pool and given correct information very unhappy and even more unhappy with service received after complain.

very poor quality the plastic lugs in pole one broke as I put it in the hole not veryvsturdy pool the ladders will fold and snap if I used them they are dangerous the delivery driver drag thee pallet accross my drive and scratched it all they have not responded with a reply yet after a week seems a rip off for the money it cost I would advise ti steer clear of this company

It's cheap for a reason folks. The legs to support the top beam have a pathetic little plastic lug on the end of them to locate into the top beam. Needless to say they don't. You may have some success if you can find a dozen or so people to hold the pool together whilst it fills but other frame pools I've used over the past few years I could put up on my own in about ten minutes. Avoid, spend a bit more on a better design.

THE PARTS DONT FIT, THE INSTRUCTIONS ARENT CORRECT. VERY ANGRY, AS I HAVE TRIED 4 TIMES TO ASSEMBLE THE LADDER USING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY DONT MATCH UP WITH THE PARTS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Bought this pool hoping to totally sort the summer for the kids, although they have had fun I have had to constantly clean and dose the pool with chemicals and buy an extra sand filter at a cost of £160 as the original pump is point less, plus £60 for ground sheet
