The optics are good, it’s sturdy, has built-in light
I like this loupe. The best feature is the built in light. When you get the loupe really close to focus I blocks out the room light. The internal light is really useful and the battery seems to last awhile. The images are bright, I did not notice objectionable distortion. It has a metal frame for good protection a as a grip to hold. If you get this, during the unboxing there is a small disk with two prongs. Don’t loose this it’s for opening and closing the battery door

Compact. Does what is suppose to do. Can see clearly through the lens. Very sturdy. For the price it's pretty good.

I was pretty impressed with the clarity....you don't have to get really close up on it to be able to see through it, and the little led light really helps light up your viewing area.

Great Product with a Quirk
This loupe is fantastically simple, and the built-in dual position light is a very handy added feature. It serves its purpose of magnification very well with great clarity. The lens provides sharp and clear magnification, making it ideal for detailed work such as inspecting jewelry, coins, or small electronics.The dual position light is particularly useful, offering bright illumination that enhances visibility in low-light conditions. This feature ensures that you can use the loupe effectively at any time of day or in any environment.One small quirk is found in the aluminum casing. There seems to be no way to keep it shut, and it moves freely, which seems to defeat the purpose of protecting the lens. This is really only an issue if you want to carry it in your pocket or store it with other things. Despite this, the aluminum casing feels sturdy and durable, providing a good level of protection against minor bumps and scratches.

Ease of use
The magnification is great. Very small but easy put in pocket and take to garage and estate sales.

It does the job
This loupe works fine but the screws that hold the sliding cover on constantly work loose! For the premium price I might take a chance on something else if had it to do over. Maybe I will try loctite or silicone on screw threads but 3 stars because I should not have to repair products!
