Beautiful!
I got this to place in my wood burning fireplace I just got sick of all the hassle and fire hazard if a live flame. This is a great product very easy to unpack, love all the color and size choices and having the heating functionality is terrific Remote control makes everything seamless Mountains of compliments!!! Love it

Outstanding so far
Received in perfect condition as was scheduled. Item appears to be of good construction. Two options offered for display, one with supplied crystals, one with the supplied artificial log. We tried both and went with the log. Installation was simple, but we didn’t use the supplied screws. Went with quarter inch black steel. We were so pleasantly surprised when the heater actually came on as it should when the button was pressed. Both low and high speeds functioned and are barely audible with ambient sounds. (Two other units we had tried in this price range failed to heat or shut off almost immediately.) The light display is beautiful and relaxing to watch in our camper. Hopefully the unit will continue to please. Will update. As of now I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another of these.

Better than original
About to take first excursion since installing. Direct size replacement and has direct 3 prong 120VAC plug. Much less expensive than anticipated and removal and installation task completed in about 30 minutes . Replaced Coachmen, Chaparral, 285RLS . Measure carefully!!

Beautiful fireplace
A relative of ours received one of these at Christmas and I told my hubby that I had to have one ! We have a small sunroom that I practically live in and wanted this fireplace for that room to enjoy in the winter. It was easy to assemble and since we are setting it on the floor, we did not have to worry about the parts for insert or mounting. I appreciate that the heat can be at a set at a temperature or just at a low vs high setting. My sunroom is only 170 square feet and we cannot turn the heat past 66 degrees or we are sweating! My only issue is that I wish the remote control came with directions...took me a couple of days to figure out the different buttons. If you love to look at a fireplace but do not have the option of a real one in your home ,this is for you. Highly recommend !
