Very nice microscope the digital camera takes good photos and video of specimens.

I bought this to hunt and photograph tardigrades commonly referred to as water bears or moss piglets. It’s been great fun. I know nothing about microscopes, although I’m sure I used them in high school many years ago. It’s easy to use and a great value. The camera works great.

I’ve been enjoying this SW350T trinocular microscope so far — it’s solid, well-built, and most of the objectives give a clear image. However, the 100X objective seems to have a persistent issue. There are smudges or stains visible in the background when viewing through it. I’ve already tried cleaning the eyepieces, the condenser, and even checked the glass slide and cover slip, but the issue remains. It seems to be something with the 100X objective itself. Other than that, everything else works great, and the image quality at 4X, 10X, and 40X is very good. It’s just disappointing that the 100X has this flaw, especially since that’s a key part of what makes this microscope complete.

I went to the Swift site to obtain a Windows 11 copy of the software for the 5mp camera that came with the microscope. The site directs you to a third party site that then wants you to subscribe and pay a fee to get the software. I find this method of customer support to be very offensive. AMscope does not charge for the software.

Just opened to discover that there are already few bugs. The worst was non circular vision area when looking through the lenses, I assume roughly only 70% of the circle is seen! awfull.

Um die Schärfe einzustellen muss man logischerweise mit den Justierungs Rädern arbeiten. Diese sind aus Plastik und die Feineinstellung ist kaum möglich da diese bereits bei einer Berührung mit dem Finger ein anderes Bild darstellen als wenn die Finger nicht drauf sind. Ebenfalls sind auf der sogenannten Kameralinse ( Die Linse von oben nach unten wo die Kamera positioniert wird irgendwelche " Flocken, Staubkörner etc. " Diese stören das komplette Bild. Reinigen und entfernen ist nicht möglich da man dort nicht ohne Spezialwerkzeug hinkommt. Man hat auch nicht eine 2000 fache Vergrößerung sondern maximal 1000. Die Beschreibung das man hier 2000 fache Vergrößerung erreichen kann ist schlichtweg falsch. Das Mikroskop ist schön verpackt aber für einen ansatzweise Profi Gebrauch nicht verwendbar. Die Linsen sind nicht zu reinigen da diese offensichtlich verschweißt sind. Fremdkörper wie z.B. Staubkörner etc etc. lassen sich nicht entfernen. Ich bin total endtäuscht denn das was in den Produkt Beschreibungen auch als Foto dargestellt wurde ist nicht mal ansatzweise erreichbar. Hier bin ich leider auf einen Verkäufer reingefallen der in Punkto SCHÖNE Beschreibungen anfertigen eine top Note verdient hat.

Poor customer service from both Amazon and swift. There was a problem with the camera which is still to be resolved. Amazon spent days harassing me and swift never made contact. Very poor. The microscope itself though is brilliant, perfect for continuing my bee and pollen learning. Very easy to use and easy to follow manual. Would recommend to any beekeeper.

Bei Firma Swift habe ich mehrmals schriftlich eine vernünftige Gebrauchsanleitung angefordert, leider ohne Ergebnis. Die beiliegende Gebrauchsanweisung ist nicht zu gebrauchen, sehr oberflächlig gestaltet. Dann Amazon um Hilfe gebeten, auch keine Reaktion. Im Internet gibt es für dieses Modell auch nichts. Bei den vielen Einzelteilen wäre es schon hilfreich gewesen deren Anwendung kennen zu lernen. Das Produkt selber macht einen stabilen Eindruck.
