Bendy metal
They're alright I suppose... especially for the price. It does what I need it to do.But the metal is very weak. The slightest pressure and it'll bend out of shape. Luckily they're easily bent back into shape.

Cheap but not perfect
I've one of these tools which I'm using for 22 years ago. I wanted to buy another one to give it to my friend. This looks like the same I have but when I receive it, the quality was not something I expected. So I returned it.

3 for a fiver; what do you expect
I've had the classic Czech Tool before, and these notably do not have Czech Made stamped on them. They are made of soft pot-metal and the finish is rough. However, they are 3 for a fiver, so you are getting exactly what you pay for. In retrospect, I'd probably continue burning my little finger and getting cake on the butter knives.
