Okay, I'm relieved. Pleased, even. The last phone protector I bought from a different seller/manufacturer not only broke from a two-foot drop, but cracked the top-right of my screen. Garbage. This phone case is much higher quality. It has a laminate panel on the front to act as a screen protector. As a fun bonus, I can't really perceive the cracks in my screen anymore when the screen is powered on. Only downside is that the fingerprint sensor spot is highly visible when the screen is off, but I guess it's because it has to made of a slightly different material? Idk. Not a big deal. Sensor still works great and is unobstructed. I do notice I have to be slightly more deliberate when typing to make sure it registers. As a guess, the keyboard is perhaps 5% less responsive. Again, not an issue for me but thought you'd want to know. Kickstand is pretty standard, nothing special. Exactly as expected. Might be difficult to toggle for those of you who keep super-short fingernails or extra-long nails. Feels good in the hand. Edges of the case give me confidence I'm not going to fumble my phone (again). Haven't dropped it yet, not going to for science, so I can't really comment on drop/bounce performance. Yeah, I'd buy this a second time if I ever need to. I recommend this case.

I am updating prior reviews for this product to emphasize its outstanding durability. I have now purchased this over the last few years with no complaints. I recently made the mistake of leaving my covered Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone on the roof of my car while loading groceries into the car. Forgetting all about this as I Ieft the parking lot, I proceeded to drive my car onto a very busy three lane interstate highway at a speeed of approx. 60 mph. I was speaking to a friend via Bluetooth when I heard a loud "thump" that sounded like a box falling out of a car. I looked into my rearview mirror and saw nothing. I glanced around the interior of mu car and saw my groceries were intact, so I disregarded the noise. I then lost the Bluetooth connection with my friend. At that point, it occurred to me the noise I heard was apparently my phone bouncing hard off of my trunk (and onto the interstate highway, at approx, 60 mph). I seriously considered just continuing home at this point, but I elected to retrace my steps to see if I could at least retrieve the remnants of my damaged and/or destroyed) phone. I could not execute a U turn for a couple of miles. I drove back to the area where I "thought" the phone might be. About eight minutes after losing the phone, I located it in the middle lane of the busy interstate highway just about one foot from the lane divider line (where busy high speed traffic would almost assuredly crush the phone). I pulled over to the median, turned my hazards on, waited for a break in traffic, and proceeded to retrieve the phone. To my utter shock, there was not a single scratch on the phone or even the durable cover! I cannnot verify that it was not run over by a passing vehicle, but if it was, I saw no evidence of it which would be a fluke in and of itself. I proceeded to resume my trip and called my friend back to explain my wild experience. I cannot say enough positive things regarding the quality and durability of this product. I have dropped my phone countless times now with no incident over the years. But nothing could possible compare to this experience. The corner "bumpers" make a world of difference. The product is so very well built. If I could give it more than five stars, I would gladly do so!!!!

Out of all of the phone cases for my phone this one has been the most consistently durable and easy to use. The colors look nice and I've had no issues with the button or function of my phone. The only issue with it is that it makes the fingerprint scanner weaker, but it's a small price to pay for the quality durability it provides.

Most cases last about six months because one of the features stops working. My last case, the metal stand stopped supporting the weight of the phone. The case before that, it developed a crack and before that, the screen protector got cloudy and discolored. Based on past experiences, the features I care most about are: Durability/protection against breakage Screen protection Built-in stand Allows wireless charging Fingerprint reader Stylish/doesn't hide the color of the phone under ugly black Ability to use with magnetic mounting This case is very sturdy. The kickstand is very easy to use/convenient and folds back so that I can actually use the wireless charging feature. I'm not sure if it will stay mounted on a magnetic car phone holder, but the back is metal. It's a nice color that matches the rose gold color of my phone, although I'm not sure if the pink outer rubbery plastic around the phone will stay that color/it's light and seems like it might attract dirt, but not sure. I've seen multiple complaints with similar cases with this built-in type of screen protector stating that the fingerprint reader doesn't work, but I'm happy to report that this one seems to work well/I've so far not had a problem with it reading my fingerprint--you do have to press more firmly than previously, but not bothersome to me. Overall, the features I care most about are there: it protects the phone without being overly bulk, allows wireless charging and the fingerprint reader to work, has a stand/holder and is nice to look at. On top of that, it's very reasonably priced, so I recommend it highly.

update: gotten my 3rd case yesterday. The 2nd case went through hell and the finger prints plastic gotten cloudy again. It's nice to replace it couple months instead of replacing my whole phone. update: got my 2nd case last week. The 1st one went through a lot of drops, eventually the front screen protector popped out after a hard drop, I was able to push it back in but it missed up my touch screen sensors, so had to replace it was a new one. It's good that the price is so affordable replacing it not going to break the bank. So far so good, got it to replace my old case that lasted just 1 week, the finger print plastic got all cloudy on me, and stop recognizing my fingerprints. This case definitely felt more heavier than my old case. Wireless charging tested working. Fingerprints added fine. The back stands works fine. Just a little harder to grip vs my old case. Will see how long it will work, and update.

When I got my new (to me) Note 20 Ultra I looked for a strong case that totally protected my phone and thought that this case would be the best, I mean a nice solid case PLUS a screen protector PLUS a kickstand what more could anyone ask for, right?? Well, as someone that bought a phone in large part due to the spen (and ability expand with a microsd card) that uses the spen A LOT... like A LOT A LOT... Not only the spen that comes with the Note 20 Ultra but also the larger spen that came with my Samsung s Tab 6 lite Tablet since it's more comfortable to use for longer lengths of time I can say that this case will not only get destroyed but WILL destroy your s pens both large and small!! Even while using NO PRESSURE whatsoever with the pens the type of plastic this built in screen protector is made if will destroy the nibs of your pen AND will take the top layer off the protector which makes the screen protector all cloudy especially in the places the s pen is used the most. So because of this case that cost me almost $20 I now have to purchase a new phone case and screen protector but also all new nibs for my s pens. The case is trashed because the built in screen protector can't even handle daily stylus use which is absolutely ridiculous!! I also need to keep my phone brightness up because of the cloudiness and don't even get me started on trying to have my phone scanned for ANYTHING which takes 2 or 3 times and manipulating the codes to be in less used parts of the screen for it to work and ups/mcdonalds/staples/etc to be able to recognize the codes. Along with the major issues with the terrible screen protector plastic material there are other quality issues. The front hard plastic (that holds the protector) gets easily damaged and I have divots/dents all over. The rubbery plastic thats connected to the back part aka the sides plastic is cheap and easily "dyed". I kept my phone in the back pocket of my new black jeans for less than 3 hours and ever since the sides of the case look dirty and old... it just looks kind of grayish and filthy. So entire case got trashed within 2 months of use (as well as trashing my s pens too) when I usually buy one case for the entire life of my phone, which I usually have for 4+ years... so yeah this case turns into garbage in mere months! Do NOT buy this case if you want a case that'll ACTUALLY last you for a long time. I would've rather just flush $20 down the toilet than spend it on this over priced, cheaply made, garbage phone case.

The slim design made it fit easily into my pocket without it being so bulky. The material felt nice to the touch, and it was great quality. Just thick enough to prevent damages and the screen protector didn't interfere with the phone. Great product!

The case is solid and bulky as expected... wasn't able to put it through a longevity test because I stopped using it quickly after I noticed the fingerprint area doesn't register... Cleaned the arean and the protector so many times, to no luck. Restarted phone, and try again, no luck. If I wasn't using fingerprint unlock it'd be a great case.. As for why they couldn't leave the fingerprint area cut out, it's short-sightedness to be honest.

Die Hülle bietet guten Schutz. Sie ist mir mit gerade eingepacktem Smartphone aus der Hosentasche auf Fliesen gefallen. Weder Hülle noch Smartphone haben was abbekommen. In einigen Bewertungen hatte ich gelesen, dass der Fingerabdrucksensor nicht funktioniert und an der Stelle auch der Stylus nicht tippt. Wer natürlich die Fingerabdrücke mit Hülle nicht neu registriert, könnte schon ein Problem haben. Ich brauche den Sensor aber bei vielen Apps und das ist immer mein wichtigstes Kaufkriterium. Und dass das hiermit nicht funktioniert, ist totaler Quatsch. Ich habe im Video das Entsperren mit Fingerabdrücken und das Tippen mit dem Stylus im Bereich des Sensors gezeigt. Auch das der Stylus im Bereich der Magneten für den Standfuß nicht funktioniert, ist Blödsinn. Dann könnte man ja auch nicht Tippen, wenn induktiv geladen wird. Aber das Tippen funktioniert auch dann ohne Einschränkung. Die Hülle ist, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, aus Kunststoff und nicht aus Metall. Darum sind die Farben der Hülle auch nicht so kräftig. Mich stört das aber überhaupt nicht, Hauptsache die Hülle schützt. Falls jemand auf die Idee kommt, die Hülle ist nicht wasserdicht, dann hat er Recht. 😂 Dafür sind zu viele Aussparungen z.B. für den Stylus in der Hülle. Der Klang ist trotz Hülle auch beim Telefonieren gut. Die Hülle liegt gut in der Hand und der Standfuß ist fast wie ein Popsocket. Damit bleibt das Smartphone sicher in der Hand. Also. Wer guten Schutz und funktionierenden Fingerabdrucksensor für wichtig hält, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.
