No idea of the efficiency but water coming out tastes great. Just be sure to match the connection base as there are a number of different connection types.

After about a month of use I have not had any issues with this product. Seems to be just as good as the original.

Installed and ran a couple of gallons of water through the filter. Tried a glass of water and it had no off taste. Water flow was good and I will purchase again. Higly recommend.

It works as well as more expensive filters

Replaced some HDX filters and I can really taste the difference. Didn't think a glass of water could taste better but it surely does! Will see if it holds up.

These are certified to remove additional water contaminants than other filters - all are not equal. Check for NSF 53 and 401 to remove known health and emerging concerns like pharmaceutical contaminants.

We have been using the water filter for a couple of weeks and it seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. At this point we can't taste any difference between the original Every Drop that Whirlpool uses and this Icepure one!

This filter fit perfectly to my Maytag fridge and water flow is good and as with original filter. Instructions say to let water run for 6-8 minutes before drinking the water. It's a lot and not doable. I filled several pitchers of water before I started to drink it. The taste was weird and it took a week of regular using to get out of this taste. Now it's fine. I bought this filter for about a half price from original one. Definitely will consider to buy it again next time.

Works well and fits properly. Just seems to allow more water flow. Wonder if it’s properly filtering the water .

Fits smaller and thus noisier then the one that came with our refrigerator but caused no apparent leaks and works well all in all

Installed easily and works well. My water tastes fresher and cleaner. Just kidding, it tastes the same but its one of those things that you have to just assume is doing its job.
