Quality, Looks, and Accessories
We replaced an old ceramic double sink and really like the large, single-bowl style. My wife wasn’t sure she wanted the single bowl but quickly realized how much more functional it is. She loves it now. Being in the remodeling business, I ordered the brand and guage we use, Kraus 16-gauge stainless. We have trusted Kraus for 20+ years and have never, to my knowledge, been disappointed. When researching, I saw some comments about other cheaper brands’ stainless finish starting to rust or stain after a short while. I’m grateful for those reviews. The dual-mount style can be installed as a drop-in (top-mount) or under-mount. This was important because we will redo our counters and cabinets in the future, and I want to use the same sink to save money when that time comes. The sink was quite easy for two people to install. We like the look. It added a nice modern look to our kitchen. My wife liked how Kraus designed the sink strainer with a large stainless disc that covers the black rubber of the garbage disposal guard all the time. It gives the sink a clean, finished look. The cutting board and the drying rack were the bonus. We keep the cutting board nearby and use it frequently. It saves counter space—very helpful in our small kitchen. The drying rack is useful for saving space, too. We keep it on the sink at all times and roll it up toward the side when we need the full sink bowl. I would definitely recommend the sink. The Kraus reputation, the look and feel of quality, the tasteful design, and the accessories made it the perfect deal for us. P.S. After a few weeks of use, we found that the sink cleans very quickly, too.

Great functional product!
This sink met and exceeds my expectations. Easy to install with correct adhesive. Finish is exceptional - easy to clean, internal drain slope works great. Insulation and sound dampening is up to par and design with drop in work board is very functional. Excellent product. Will recommend this product.

Extremely Happy
We put in butcher block countertops and replaced a 3 basin sink. Was not sure about having one basin after 3 BUT, this sink in a pleasure. Had a plumber install because I did the countertops and didn't want to mess with it. This sink is the 32" center drain we have been using it since September just over 3 months. The plumbers were amazed at the cost and quality and had not seen a sink with this thickness of Stainless steel. It is heavy gauge and well made, no it does not drain real fast but does drain completely. I have had not had trouble removing water spots and we have alkaline nasty water. It is a beautiful sink, deep and wide and the bottom grate and extras are great. It really is a show piece of the kitchen. can be top mounted as we did or under mount. Hardware seemed sturdy and plumbers had o trouble installing. Has not scratched yet, buy it, way worth the price.

Great looking high quality option
We chose this sink for a remodel in a small galley kitchen and it worked out great. This is a gorgeous product with 16ga steel and should last a very long time. I especially appreciated the fact that the drain is offset to the back right corner as this left the cabinet space below significantly more usable. While it seems a bit pricey, I believe it to be a good value for the money. The one caution I would give is that the 30" we chose was a very close fit in the 33" rta sink base.

Superior quality sink and accessories
I bought this big sink for the cutting board and the steel colander. Its great for expanding work space and controlling mess with meal preps. The single badin is great for stacking a big mess of pots and utensils for rinsing soaking etc. The full size metal draining rack is really sturdy quality & It protects the sink surface and stacked dishes. However for its size and minimal slope the sink does not drain fast. It has to be vigorously hosed and wiped out or crud collects around the edges. To clean the sink well you have to remove the big draining rack often which is inconvenient. I would actually prefer a half size rack that could slide side to side for easier cleaning & removal. Otherwise I love this sink / workstation.

Requires larger hole than expected from the spec
I ordered this to replace a rusted American Standard cast iron sink that had considerable rust. It was in a corner at 45 degrees to the cabinets, so space was very limited. I spent a lot of time carefully researching and looking at the specs and knew this might require a slightly larger hole, but it was close. The actual sink needed about an inch in each direction more space than the spec had me believe and it ended up being a lot more work than I expected. But it was so worth it. Because of the tightness of space it was impossible to use any of the clips that anchor sink to the work surface. The two stone worktops that meet in the corner were not perfectly horizontal and so it was impossible to get the sink perfectly flat, but silicone sealer helped minimize the rocking. The sink is very rigid. With very careful planning I was able to open up the hole with an angle grinder and the result is beautiful. My wife is so happy with the result she said “Now I don’t need a new kitchen!” making this the best $300 I ever spent! It’s perfect with a Kraus Oletto High Arc pull down sprayer. Also choose a Kraus disposal since the old unit was over 20 years old. It was impossible to use the mount clips due to lack of space. If your worktop is perfectly flat this won’t matter. This was my first sink install. If I were doing it again I would not apply silicone sealer to the sink per the instructions, but would apply it to the counter. This ensures the sealer is in the right place and also gives you something to hold as you lower it into place. Very Happy Wife, priceless!

Quality and design sinks for high value kitchens.
After viewing over a dozen contemporary kitchens the decision to buy a drop in sink mount over the under counter mount was easy. Chipped quartz, quartzite and granite was consistent with under mounted sinks. The quality of a sinks build and design exceeds the mounting style. Our research led us to Kraus line of kitchen sinks. The gauge of stainless along with flange shape is the best

Very happy with this sink so far. Had it for a few weeks now. It looks amazing and feels very robust. I found the mounting clips to not be the greatest but they did the job. The sink itself is so thick and heavy that it weighs itself down quite well. One other thing to keep in mind, I installed this on a laminate countertop. Due to the weight of the sink, the sides in the centre of the sink don’t sit perfectly flush to the countertop. I don’t think I can fault Kraus for this issue, it’s just crappy, weak, bowing laminate. I was able to remedy this gap with a bit of extra silicone caulk. Don’t let any of the negative reviews deter you from buying this sink. My friend is a plumber and he said that usually the less expensive no name brand sinks have quality control issues and don’t fit properly or come out of the box already damaged.

I've seen a few negative reviews on this sink, even one stating that it's rusting.....I've never seen stainless steel rust so I don't know how that's even possible. I just want to reassure anyone considering this sink that it is well worth it. The sink is a nice heavy guage stainless. You can tell there's quality by eye when you unpack it, plus it's way heavier than you'd expect. It comes very well packaged, so if anyone had one damaged in shipping, it's not the sellers fault, they packed it well. Not only in formed Styrofoam in the box , but they even put the sink in a giant fabric bag. The accessories that come with it are handy, I haven't actually used the cutting board because I have about a dozen already in my kitchen, but the strainer basket is reallyhandy for peeling/cutting vegetables and catch the trimmings

I purchased this sink collection via amazon and was very careful to ensure that ny tapwear and additional bowls and chopping boards etc would be also aligned with the measurements of this sink. It was installed as an overmount system, by professional builders. It looked great from day one, especially with the industrial sink and additional collander and chopping board bits. However, as this was the first experience using a high quality gourmet sink, I wanted to be careful that I followed in structions about cleaning and maintaining this sink and its accessories, as I wanted to keep this sink for many years ahead. 1) Cleaning: As it said in the manual, to clean the sink, use a small amount of dish liquid and wipe down with a soft cloth after each use. What it didn't say to do is how to manage heavy loads and the necessary scratching that comes along when washing dishes after a whole family have eaten, or what to do when all the baking trays and oven trays are (seemingly) hardier than the sink is. My sink is now left with lots and lots of scratches and bumps. I am not sure a) how to get these out; and b) if this us just the quality of the product I bought. 2) The quality of the sink itself. My plumber, after putting in the sink, said he was a little concerned that hot water condensation from the sink was quickly forming on the underside of the sink, pretty much whenever the sink was used to contain any water or food containers tht were hot. The bottom of the sink, and surrounds, is not insulated, and then a problem of damp and mold started in under the cabinets frtom my sink. I asked my contractor if I should put in extra insulation to stop the leaking hot water that had now gotten all in to the pipes and floors anduer the sink; but was recommended that wouldn’t be much help. I tried to call Kraus at the time to advise but I was unable to reach anyone with expert advice. In any event, you can see how the sink's lack of insulation has caused all this flooding/damage to the base of my kitchen floors. The final thing I want to say is that I splurged on the idea of this sink: that could help central all the ADHD'ers in the house and give us joy and focus as we had planned our stations so well....however as things got broken (refer to the salad bowl holder), and our base sink seemed to frighten us with its gentle constitution ("don't scracth me!" to the constant dripping of hot water below in to the cabinets) led to all those pockets of rust, I have had a really sad experience with this product. And i know I might sound flippant, but this is my first home and renovation .... I was very sick and wanted a place of my own to gather and show family and friends what could be done if you do your research, and invest in some fantastic designers. I still think KRAUS are amazing at what they do... but maybe this product in particular was a dud. I would absolutely love to talk to someone from the KRAUS team about what can be done to restore the sink itself to its previous condition; and whether anything can be done to replace the broken additional parts. I’ll be reaching out to Amazon customer service for help: I am really hoping to rectify this problem.

We are very happy with the look and function of this sink. The large size is great for soaking roasting pans, etc. I like the stainless steel bottom grid that keeps pots and dishes up from the bottom of the sink and helps prevent scratching. Filling a pot while it sits up on the grid and not in a wet sink means it doesn't drip on the way to the burner. I didn't think I would use the dish drying rack much but I now have it out and use it every day - draining freshly washed fruits and vegetables, rinsing small items - have even used it as a sort of colander spraying right over it. It can be used to hold a hot pan direct from stovetop too. Our contractor suggested undermounting and I'm glad we went with that - clean look. Things to think about: This is picky but you have to lift out the bottom grid regularly to really clean the bottom of the sink so you need the space to set it aside. It's not heavy but can seem awkward. With the drain at one end of the sink a spray hose that has a good extension helps to swish out the bottom and corners.

I rarely write reviews, but....Wow! What a sink! Superior quality and high end look. My sink quickly became the star of my kitchen renos!! Even the contractor had to buy one for his wife! No joke. From the time you opened the box, you can tell this is a next level product, company and customer experience! Everything about the product felt high end. A MUST buy!
