Very high quality insoles. With the first steps, these insoles were instantly comfortable and supportive to my low arches. Trimming to fit the insoles using the shoes original insoles was easy. I also wear expensive podiatrist orthotics, and I was so pleased how supportive these were without being hard and uncomfortable. Highly recommend and very much worth the money.

I have very low arches and an ankle that rolls in so every arch support I use hurts my feet more. These are perfect for my wide flat feet. Arch puts me in a supportive position and I'm very comfortable working my long shifts on my feet all day. 10/10 recommended!

Bought for my son who needs them for work shoes and he said they are great.. fits shoes and comfortable to wear. he didnt need the high arch support so these work out for him

I have fallen arch. Feet and hip hike issues have contributed to this. After trying many many arch supports including another from Superset, this is the first low arch insole that has simply eliminated by hip flexor and outer hip pain. I am able to do 1.5 to 2.5 mile walk without holding my hip and limping. So that's a good sign. However, I have found that I have slightly burning blistery sensation on the sole of my feet. It's been just a few days since using these. I hope this is temporary otherwise I need to keep looking for my unusual issues. I am giving 4 stars for no hip flexor and outer hip pain from the first day of wear; that is amazing as I have been pretty much in pain for many years and have tried many shoes and insoles.

For me, these are the ONLY footbeds I use on a daily basis! I have long, narrow, flat feet needing support. These work!

Wow. I am not a runner - far from it, but I do walk a lot and I get heel pain, foot pain and knee pain. Having these which are soft thick and yet somehow supportive have really helped me reduce all of those things when doing my walks. It was recommended by my physical therapist and it’s so incredibly helpful for daily wear if you are someone who suffers from foot, knee or even back pain like me.

I really liked these insoles. Used them on a week long trek and they added a lot of additional support to my hiking boots. I’d order again for all my shoes.

One of the softest insoles i've tried. Tried a few in the past. This is probably my favorite. I'm on my feet for most of the work day - nothing like nurses or people in the medical field, but enough that my feet would hurt sometimes. These insoles feel great, especially the heel area. Makes the ground feel like soft pillows! My feet thanks them.

I have a low foot arch in my right foot, which has caused a lot of issues during my runs. Due to my overpronation, my knee would buckle in, and my IT band would be strained. The medial part of my stability running shoe, would wear down quicker, exacerbating the issues further. Once I purchased these, I noticed a difference in my running gait and didn't suffer from hip or knee pain. They had proven to be so good, I purchased another pair for my walking shoes. I must emphasize that these inserts won't strengthen or improve your arch. It's designed to bring comfort and support your arches on day to day basis. Only physio/chiropodist type exercises will help to strengthen your feet.

These are very close to the same quality as my son's $600 custom orthotics. He has extremely low arches and was in constant pain when playing rugby. We were hesitant to buy the customs that he uses in his regular shoes because of the cost so we thought we'd give these a try. Now he uses these in his cleats and the pain is gone. It takes some time to break them in, so I suggest wearing them for an hour or two at a time for the first month. Extremely impressed.

The insoles may not be exceptionally soft, but they provide excellent support for individuals with flat arches. I have found them to be versatile and have used them in various types of footwear. I am considering purchasing an additional pair. Initially, I utilized them in moccasins, wrapping a sock around the sole to prevent direct sweat absorption. They have proven effective in enhancing comfort in any slipper or slip-on shoe.
