Easy to swallow. It’s a multivitamin that o take for health reasons. I have yet to have any issues with stomach upset and I do sleep well. No changes. I have no idea if this gives me better vision, better night vision, the ability to read minds, superhuman strength or speed, the power of flight, telepathy, telekinesis, Olympic level stamina, shiny hair, casting lightning bolts, ability to control animals, photosynthetic skin, water soluble eyes, hair smelling like burning tires, have yet to be experienced. Nor do I expect it.

I didn't run a marathon after taking these...but buying here helps with convenience of delivery!

Plastic bottle for meds, etc. are a HUGE waste-stream issue and to demonstrate that point I've been saving all of mine for going on 4 yrs. now - I'm going to make an art piece from them. So, any of my reviews on things like this, have to include the 1/2-star ding. There are possible alternatives to this, a simple return/reuse policy and plan IS doable and just requires the right incentives. All of that said, onto the product itself. I'm a true form, old school '70s "Flintstone's Kid," I've been taking vitamins most all of my life, and I can notice the physiological difference with/without them. I recently switched to these when my others were out of stock, glad I made the change - these are much better suited for me. My existence revolves around 9 prescription meds taken daily on a pretty tight routine, and it takes vitamins, pre and probiotics just to offset much of that - especially the latter 2. It's not a small pill, but I can get it down with the even bigger prebiotic capsule and probiotic pill, all 3 at once - so they're not hard to get own. The memory boost/support is an aspect that I'm skeptical about in legitimacy and efficacy when I see/hear/read that on anything. I was born with a high-level audiographic memory (can remember/recall conversations nearly verbatim), so with a "hyperactive" memory capacity beginning point, a sudden change was immediately noticeable; since I had to switch vitamins anyway (at least in a short-term), I gave these a whirl, and I'm already noticing the memory bump [not so much in "remembering more" but more like "forgetting less"] and stronger overall recall. After crossing the 30 headshots milestone for concussions a few years ago, with 2 back-to-back inside of a 14-day span, the degradation in memory is blisteringly obvious, and frightening - so the improvement is even more relieving to my brain/mind, at least some of the damage can be healed. From Flintstone Kid to Centrum Silver Grandpa - sounds like life via advertisements.
