Great unit, great company. Key here is; this is the correct SPE/PEM (membrane) based H2 production technology, which most units are not. I have ordered several & now referred upwards of 50+ orders, & tho a few came broken in international shipping to the states, the company made good with myself & each referral I sent. Could not ask for better. RN it's a bit hard to trust which units on the market are SPE/PEM designs truly, & this model # from Synteam (Item model number: WAC018) IS the correct technology. (I know they also have a similar looking, older design I see on Amazon, that is NOT the SPE technology. This unit does not produce chlorine, peroxide or Ozone, it is properly separated out by the membrane.

Great product! My wife and I could feel instant effects of drinking the water such as increased mental clarity and energy boost.Package took about 2 weeks to arrive from Hong Kong and included really beautiful packaging materials as well as a Thank You card with hearts and love!The PPM (parts per million) of hydrogen production on this unit is about 1/3rd higher than one competitor costing over $400 and takes only a minute to charge the water.There is a small piece of plastic at the bottom of the chamber but the main materials used are glass and stainless steel.Charging the battery with the USB cable takes about an hour but then you can processing the water many times on the battery.Product is light weight and easy to travel with.Only down side is no mention in the brochure if there is a warranty and if so what period or time or how long the machine will last.Other than that I recommended this product!

I have been researching and working with the 4th state of water and different technologies regarding increased water hydration and structure for years now. Most people haven't any idea how important the quality and structure of their water really is, let alone the oxygen and hydrogen count. This product was an experiment, and I'm happy to call it a success. My wife and are both thrilled with the quality, taste and results. I would consider this a wise investment for anyone looking for a better quality of life, and water that provides it.

I bought this cup for my wife. The red light as indicator for low battery does not work. We contacted the seller. They responded immediately and sent us a new cup to replace. Great service! After 2-3 weeks of drinking hydrogen water, my wife feels her sleep and regulation are improved. She hopes that in long run it will help lower her blood sugar and cholesterol, as other experiments have shown. The water is pretty alkaline, much like ionic magnesium water. She prefers to take it two hours after meal, or immediately after hiking and exercise. In this way, it will not interfere with food digestion.

Compact and lightweight, this ionizer is easy to bring to work or travel with. Takes only a short time to process the water, and the blue LED light indicates when it is on. You can see how the ionizer actually changes the water. Can be used a couple of dozen times on one charge. Sleek design and good price compared to others out there.

I am not the kind of person who would jump on the bandwagon as soon as I see something promising the world. I do some research before I introduce them into my life -- mind you, as you know a lot of conflicting info on the Internet could be very confusing. However, what I have read about hydrogen water makes a lot of sense to me ...free radicals (OH...) causing aging... H2 molecule binding to OH...etc sounds scientific enough to me... Especially after reading the research at "https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3257754/" on the subject, I became very interested and ordered my unit 3 weeks ago... and have been drinking hydrogen water all day every day just over 2 weeks now.. .. I really could feel the difference: I have been exercising for an hour a day everyday (religiously :-) ) for as long as I can remember -- but at times finding it a bit hard to finish it... Since I have started with the hydrogen water, I have been feeling more energetic (even if it is my imagination, so be it). I think I also have a better mental clarity which I definitely need for the field of tech work I am in (where I cannot afford a slightest mistake). OK, I am a believer in hydrogen water but still a bit skeptical about whether this product can deliver what is needed. Yes, I have been feeling more energetic along with mental clarity, but will wait for another couple of weeks to be really sure. I am giving the product 5 stars for now... I will update my review. it works, water feels heavier after 1 or 2 charges with bubbles. It gets a slightly taste as if water had been filtered trough a stone filter. recommended.Update: I been using it daily two-three times per day for less than a month. Some rash I had for years is gone, some skin spots are gone, skin appears more alive and fresh! Hey I'm 50 and this little thing is making me feel with lots of energy. Other big change is my digestion. I feel my stomach happier and without any more problems. I take this water first thing in the morning, during the day and before bed time. This little machine is the best purchase I've ever made!

Just received this Hydrogen water maker and I thought it was missing the adaptor BUT I found the adaptor in the packaging and I used it twice. It works and was here in break neck speed. WOW!!!! I hope it continues to work for a while. I plan on updating this with results. I read a review on one person that had autoimmune challenges for several years and I hope it helps me with similar issues.
