This device is garbage! I received it and it was not spraying the clean solution at all. I ordered a replacement and used it the first time and noticed that it was leaking but I thought that was because of the dirty tank being full, but it turned out that the clean solution tank had a hole in it. I had to take it to the supplier warehouse and wait for a week for a replacement tank. I used the new replaced tank for the first time, and washed it and set it aside to dry and I heard a pop! The spring and plastic piece flew in the air, and rubber piece just popped from its place into the tank. I am not able to put them back in place because the rubber piece is stuck inside the tank and there's no way to access it comfortably to put it back in its place. Now I need to take it back to the supplier and deal with waiting again! I can never use this machine comfortably it is giving me more work rather than helping me clean stains comfortably.

I originally bought it based on my mother’s amazing review however the package I received I had to return due to manufacturing problem which was done hassle free & im very satisfied about the service.However it cleans really well - but it’s not very convenient for bigger carpets as it requires a lot of effort
