If you need two can they be ordered keyed alike here?

You have the option to have them all keyed the same.. if you do not hit the key same button they will be different..

Does this lock come with it's own key or can you use your existing keys?

it comes with its own keys. Your original trailer door lock key will not work. It only locks the deadbolt with this. If you want to totally lock the door you have to use the key to lock it. We like it a lot and have found it very convenient.

What is the difference between this one and the one for $240$ ?

The size is a main difference, along with the price difference. The following is from the RVLock website FAQ's: A. The RVLock V4 and Keyless Compact handles both offer a wireless fob and keypad entrance. While the Keyless Compact fits on the same doors the V4 fits, it is meant for special doors that have a full window entry. The Keyless Compact features a square design that differs from the V4's teardrop appearance. In addition, our Compact handle is made of a lighter weight material and has shared keypad buttons.

What are the exterior dimensions? My window trim is 1/2 inch away from my existing door latch. Will this fit?

I took pictures and sent them to rvlocks. They told me which models would work. I then bought on amazon. Mine is an 2018 Aspen Trail 3010bhds. It was easy to install.
