AP200M Bluetooth Dongle
After trying some more expensive single make scanners, such as the ICarsoft V2.0, I decided to go back to Autel. Trying to read extended OEM level codes with the other brands tested was a joke, zero faults shown despite a CEL/MIL. My generic OBD2 Autel was able to identify the generic codes, while the other "mercedes-specific tools" couldn't find anything at all. Waste of time. Picked this up, and found it to be extremely thorough and accurate. It produced extended codes that provide far more specific info than the generic OBD2 codes. Unfortunately, the software/UI is a bit clunky. It WILL provide the info you need, but certainly not as quickly as you would expect. Running a comprehensive automatic scan took about 6 minutes on my vehicle, as opposed to perhaps 15 seconds with the generic (non bluetooth) tool. I won't fault it, however, as it has not only been the cheapest tool, but also the most accurate. Lesson learned for me, Autel is the ONLY cheap diag tool brand to use. Nowhere near as good as OEM level tools or Snapon, but it will get you far further than the other Amazon-type brands. If you're not sure why a vehicle specific scanner is so useful, it extends far beyond OBD2 required code reporting. In my example, it detected faults in the keyless entry system as well as the reason for purchase, a fault in the Adblue/DEF system. Generic scanner reported a "Reductant Level Fill Sensor Fault," which did indicate an Adblue issue, without much detail. This scanner provides information on the TYPE of fault, in my case being a signal short to battery voltage. ICarsoft tools produced NO INFORMATION beyond the OBD2 code, making them useless in my scenarios. Big winner for Mercedes, Bluetec, & Sprinter owners with this tool.

Worked for 2-3 scans then died. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
Worked fine for a few uses then stopped working. The ap200 has been known for these issues. Not worth the money. You can buy a scanner from wish that works better. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and buy anything else.

Won’t connect/stay connected
Continued connectivity issues. I have this for two months and it is so difficult to connect too. Just a few feet away. No matter what car I try, it’s a fight to connect. To top it off. You have to pay to use the app. $20/yr on each car you use. Also have to use an extra app for each car. Rediculous!!!
