Bought this first from a local retailer as they had a money back guarantee. It worked so well for my newly adopted rescue kitty. She scratched furniture less, hid less, and just came out of her shell. When it ran out we noticed her being a little naughtier so bought this refill online. Seems to take the anxious edge off for our furbaby!

Luckily the item is in a plastic container. Maybe the supplier is trying to be green. Item within is ok.

I am fortunate to report another success story. 9 months old kitten was having difficulty with life. Peeing and pooping in and also outside of his litter box and extremely skiddish. Could notice a difference in his behaviour within a couple of hours. Amazing. Walking around the room and more approachable. Litter box solved in a couple of days. Generally much more contented kitten. Very expensive but although work in progress, Optimum definitely made a difference in our house.
