Do the pickups come with a wiring harness? Don't they require 25K pots? 2 or 4 pots?

These pickups come with the wiring harnesses and 4 pots two of which are push/pull.

will these plug into a 2016 Gibson Les Paul or do they require soldering?

Yes, they will require soldering. The wiring harness in a Les Paul uses 500k pots and these pickups are active and so use 25k pots. The full kit from Fishman includes all the parts for the wiring harness. It's not clear if this product is the full kit with the wiring harness parts or not since it's not in the product description.
